Can I use these samples in my songs without requesting permission?

Yes. All samples are 100% Royalty Free

I have purchased a product but haven't received my downloads?

You should receive an email with your download links. Please check the email account which you used at checkout and double check the Spam folder. If you still haven't received an email after 1 hour please contact:  jon@tangerinesounds.com

Do I need to mention Tangerine Sounds in the credits for my song?

No

What About Content ID?

If you use a Content ID service (E.g. AdRev, Identifyy etc) you can still use our samples in any composition that you register with that service. We suggest that your composition uses more elements than just our samples in order to make it uniquely identifiable by the Content ID service.

Are there any limitations to using these samples?

You can use, edit, change and manipulate our samples to use in your own compositions and productions. However, you may not re-sell our individual samples either in their original or edited format. That includes using our samples as source material for any further samples that you create with the intention of selling.
